Founded by Harsha Sharma, a creator with over 50k+ fans and an experienced entrepreneur with over nine years in the cafe industry, Shio Veg Cafe is committed to promoting sustainability, diversity, and community engagement through their thoughtfully crafted dishes.

But Shio Veg Cafe goes beyond food; they are creating a space where culinary excellence meets mindful eating. Harsha and her team's goal is to introduce the vibrant flavours of vegetarian and vegan cuisine to a wide audience, emphasizing sustainability and environmental consciousness. With a diverse menu appealing to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, they aim to foster a community of food enthusiasts who appreciate the diverse tastes and textures of plant-based ingredients. Virtuoso Coffee will roast their specialty coffee blend freshly for Shio Veg Cafe's extensive coffee menu. This blend was made specifically using the highest quality of specialty coffee, using 100% Specialty grade arabica coffee. The blend is a proprietary makeup of Vietnam, Colombia, and Ethiopia coffee beans - creating a unique flavor profile. Guests will be able to enjoy notes of floral blossom, with hints of vanilla and rich chocolate.
