Ume no Hana (梅の花), the plum blossom, is a quiet celebration of resilience, craftsmanship, and the first promise of spring—captured in a cup.

While most flowers, even Japan’s beloved cherry blossoms, wait patiently for warmth, the plum blossom blooms while winter still lingers. It opens against cold air and bare branches, asking nothing of perfect conditions. It simply blooms, signals the arrival of early spring and new beginnings, not with spectacle, but with calm confidence. Subtle. Refined. Purposeful.

This seasonal blend was created to express that same character in the cup.

At first sip, the coffee opens with a gentle sweetness carried by both white and pink floral notes—soft, elegant, and aromatic. A hint of stone fruit follows, reminiscent of ripe apricot, adding brightness without sharpness.
