[NEW] Guatemala - Finca Santa Clara [Natural]
From the volcanic slopes of Volcan de Agua comes the Guatemala Finca Santa Clara Natural, a masterpiece by fourth-generation producer Ricardo Zelaya. Located in the prestigious Antigua valley, this estate is a model of sustainable precision.
While Antigua is famous for washed coffees, this Natural process lot is a rare treasure. The cherries are sun-dried on African beds in a greenhouse for up to 35 days, resulting in an intensely sweet, syrupy profile. You’ll experience lush tasting notes of sun-ripened strawberry, caramelized pineapple, and dark red grape, ending with the elegant, lingering warmth of mulled wine and wildflower honey. It is a bold, velvety anthem to the richness of Guatemalan volcanic soil.

Over 100 years of coffee expertise
In the heart of Guatemala’s historic Antigua Valley, Finca Santa Clara sits gracefully upon the fertile southern slopes of the Volcán de Agua. Managed since 1988 by Ricardo Zelaya, a fourth-generation producer, the estate is a beacon of precision and sustainability. Here, the mineral-rich volcanic soil and high altitudes create a sanctuary for heirloom Bourbon and Caturra trees, shaded by a lush canopy that protects the delicate ecosystem.
The farm is renowned for its "genuine Antigua" profile—a result of meticulous hand-picking and on-site processing that ensures absolute traceability. With a deep commitment to environmental stewardship, a quarter of the estate remains a natural reserve, allowing the coffee to flourish in harmony with the land. Every harvest at Santa Clara is a poetic tribute to the Zelaya family’s century-long legacy of excellence.
Coffee producing countries have impacted the world more than you might think.
We aim to bring more awareness, interest, and therefore value to them through art, culture, and craftsmanship.
