Harvested from the cool slopes of Langbiang Mountain, the cherries are carefully layered with lavender in sealed fermentation tanks, where native yeasts initiate a transformation.During this slow, natural fermentation, lavender’s essential oils and aromatic compounds deeply infuse into the coffee beans, subtly reshaping Catimor’s flavor profile into something remarkably elegant and unexpected.

The floral complexity of lavender pairs naturally with coffee’s inherent depth, enhancing its brightness while adding a soothing, aromatic softness that elevates the cup.
