Ethiopia Guji G/1 Rasta - Jasmine, Citrus [Light-Medium Roast]
Rastafarian Heritage
The Uraga area is known for its high altitude and high quality coffee production. Mechanical harvesting is not possible due to the high altitude and complex terrain. Therefore, each grain is carefully harvested by hand.
The name Rasta was inspired by the Rastafarian village of Shashamain, located on the way from Ethiopia's capital Addis Ababa to Guji -- close to the more popular Yirgacheffe region.
Coffee producing countries have impacted the world more than you might think.
We aim to bring more awareness, interest, and therefore value to them through art, culture, and craftsmanship.
