Masterfully Crafted Coffee Meets Modern, Artful Living: Virtuoso Coffee Continues Partnership with da Haus Hotels Tokyo—Launching Limited Seasonal Blend

TOKYO, JAPAN — December 25, 2025 — FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Virtuoso Coffee announced the continuation of its partnership with da Haus Hotels in Tokyo, entering its second year with a shared vision: elevate the guest experience through masterful craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and small moments that become lasting memories. At da Haus, the brand’s philosophy centers on “small, meaningful moments” that help travelers feel at home—right down to a simple, comforting coffee break.

Introducing “Fuyu no Hi ( 冬の灯)” — Winter’s Light (Limited Seasonal Blend)

To celebrate the renewed collaboration, Virtuoso Coffee has introduced “Fuyu no Hi”, (冬の灯) a limited seasonal blend inspired by the quiet glow of Tokyo winter days—warm, bright, and beautifully balanced. This special release features tasting notes of apple cinnamon, passionfruit, and a velvety smooth finish, and is now available at da Haus Hotels locations in Tokyo.

Designed for travelers, coffee lovers, and anyone who wants to take a piece of Japan home, “Fuyu no Hi” is crafted to feel like a memory: the aroma of a winter morning, the hush of a hotel room before the city comes alive, and the comfort of an unhurried cup.

Coffee as a “Moment to Remember”

da Haus Shinjuku describes travel as being made of meaningful moments—from the comfort of rest to the simple joy of feeling at home. The experience includes a dedicated coffee break feeling: “Wake up to the aroma of our amenity coffee. Embrace the slow life.”

Virtuoso Coffee’s role in that ritual reflects its wider commitment to craft: specialty-grade coffee roasted fresh at its roastery in Nerima, Tokyo, built to help hospitality partners create guest experiences that feel intentional and premium.

Quote from Thuy Gwen, Co-Founder of Virtuoso Coffee

“With Fuyu no Hi (Winter’s Light), we wanted to capture what winter in Tokyo feels like—soft, luminous, and comforting. Our blends are guided by Japanese roasting precision, but always grounded in farm-to-cup stories that honor the producers behind every lot. When a guest enjoys this cup at da Haus, it’s not just coffee—it’s a small moment that becomes part of their Tokyo memory. And if they choose to bring it home, that memory can live on long after the trip ends.”

Thuy Gwen is a CQI Q Arabica Grader, Espresso Academy Italy certified, SCA Roastery and Coffee Trading Diploma holder, and World Coffee Championship judge. She has judged national and globally recognized specialty coffee competitions in many countries such as Japan, Singapore and Vietnam.
